Where are you going tonight?

If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

He didn't do "Bat-Dance"!!!!! I'd be asking for my money back if i were you
Also agree with Clapton and Bruce, to me he's just a whiny little arse, but each to their own.

It was the most fantastic spectacle. His backing band are all mega attractive, mega talented ladies and that only added to the chemistry. It was magical!

I danced my legs off. I don't want to write off any future gigs, but that will take some beating. Astonishing. So much passion and energy. If I could do it all over again I would. Stunning! £77 is a flat-out bargain for that kind of night. And I'm a big fecking whinger when it comes to the door price of gigs (£45 for 90 minutes in the Arena of the average band is an insult (or a massive stand-up comedian like Jerry Seinfeld)). Prince in 2014 was a bargain.

Not tonight .... not for a few weeks in fact ... but as ever the simply wonderful little market town of Nantwich will hold it's jazz & blues festival across the Easter weekend (little jazz, thankfully, mostly blues and rock).

http://nantwichjazz.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Around 20 venues, indoors and out, some free, most accessible by purchase of a wristband for around £10-15. Runs over 5 days, from Maundy Thursday to Easter Monday. A few bands in the more formal settings have ticket entrance, but not many and really there's little need. Plus lots of boozers, eateries and the justifiably famous Nantwich totty to gaze at.

Thoroughly recommended.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Looks good. Went to the Colne rhythm and blues one last year. Good day out even if the main stuff was sold out. Probably go again this year.

31st May is the Camden Rocks Festival
One day, 200 bands, 12 venues including the Electric Ballroom, The Roundhouse, The Barfly, Hawley Arms, Koko Club and various other venues up and down Camden High Street.

Loads of good local and up and coming bands with some 'names' too, including Orange Goblin, Ginger Wildheart (acoustic set which I haven't seen) and Tony Wright's (Terrorvision) band Acoustic TV

My 'festival' this Summer. £20.00 (well, nearly 25 with booking fees)

Despite living in London for 18 months I only ever went to Camden twice (once was to see a gig at the Roundhouse actuall), it seemed to be full of people trying very hard to be 'individuals' yet all looking identical, all very 'Nathan Barley'. There also seemed to be a lot of people trying to sell me weed.

I've lived here 25 years and I love Camden, especially in summer. Gigs, the markets, the people, everything. I'm 46 but still get the buzz as if I was 25 again. Pub crawls from the World's End up the 'Strip' taking in the Oxford Arms and the Elephant's Head (great Rock n Roll and Rockabilly dj there on most Saturday evenings) or just trawling the flea markets for quirky presents and bargains.

And yes, you will get offered weed, meth, crack and coke if you wander around the Lock Bridge area. Just say no.

A couple of my friends said they really liked the song "ever fallen in love", I then revealed to them that the Buzzcocks were formed in Bolton and their opinion of it changed instantly  :D .

My mate was in a band that toured with them in the mid 90s. Apparently all they did after gigs was sit in and watch Status Quo live videos. Not very punk! Good bunch of lads by all accounts though.
Then again, neither's my mate, he works for the council in data systems! And unsuccessfully chased GtE round Bolton parkrun last week.

Bizare evening. Went in Soho House in NY for a drink, ended up getting invited into a same-sex wedding that was going on on the floor below us. Ended up watching the Oscars surrounded by beautiful girls (who found our accents cute  ) and puffs. Stayed there until it was suggested that we leave due to our over enthusiastic attendance at the free bar.

Americans can't drink. Anything above four beers and they're aghast at our capacity.

I hoped you caned the optics and weren't drinking Miller Genuine Draft.
