ANOTHER hills session today. 8) Albeit a shorter run and less hills as it was with the harriers teenagers, but it felt weird to finish knowing I could have done lots more. Made me feel quite fit! Not out of puff at all. :D

Pleased with myself tonight. Managed to keep up with one of the top boys in our club for pretty much the whole session. 6.5 miles of sprint intervals.

Perhaps if I run ahead with a bah of Peanut M&M's open and tantalising it might speed you up? Its not a coaching technique I have tried before but it could work? :conf:
