ANOTHER hills session today.
Albeit a shorter run and less hills as it was with the harriers teenagers, but it felt weird to finish knowing I could have done lots more. Made me feel quite fit! Not out of puff at all.

Pleased with myself tonight. Managed to keep up with one of the top boys in our club for pretty much the whole session. 6.5 miles of sprint intervals.

Perhaps if I run ahead with a bah of Peanut M&M's open and tantalising it might speed you up?
