Really don't get the Barbecue thing. Drinking beer in the sun is great. Eating shit food cooked on coles ain't.

Or not, as the case may be. Too much of both equals world-record hangover level. Anyway, had a ham salad and chips for tea in el aire libre, and a glass of San Miguel. That's perfectly acceptable.boltonboris wrote:Really don't get the Barbecue thing. Drinking beer in the sun is great. Eating shit food cooked on coles ain't.

Love those great hollywood scenes where the tough cowboy walks into a bar and says 'gimme a beer'..
Maybe in Brokeback Mountain they ask for a slice of lime in it too...?

Why not indeed? Drink what you like. My brother, an ex para and a professor of drink, once saw me pouring a glass of cold water during a party. "What the fxck are you having a glass water for?" said he.General Mannerheim wrote:why?Armchair Wanderer wrote:BBQ here too. "Because I want one", I replied. "What better reason?" He looked at me for a minute then nodded and grinned.
"Fair do's, I'll have one then". he said. He did.

Here's a new one on me. Dorada, a Spanish fish, apparently. Absolutely delicious. Was served with salmon, tiger prawns, calamari and mussels.
