What are you watching tonight?

If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

Last night watched 25th Hour and Inside Man - A Spike Lee night (not that that was planned, just sort of happened)
25th Hour - decent enough, Ed Norton is quite good 6/10.
Inside Man - Quality film, Cilve Owen and Denzel on top form 8/10.

Tonight Blue Bloods Sky+ from last night and then doing the Aliens Quadrology (if thats a word) over the next couple of nights, missus has never seen them and thinks films like 'drag me to hell' are good horror films......is it cruel to scare the crap out of your girlfriend??? :D

Bought a few more DVDs from ASDA for £3 apiece. Frost/Nixon, Bruno and Barely Legal (which I imagine I'll detest).

Frost/Nixon is worth a watch.. The bloke who plays Clough in the Damned United plays a good part as David Frost.. In fact, I've not seen him be anything other than very good in anything he's been in!

All the Presidents Men is worth a watch, if you'd rather not read about it - excellent film.

Pointless action, General.

Just have two or three things on there that you really want, then when something crops up do the same with that title instead - saves you having to be sent something that you're not that arsed about.

The 'ranking' thing is bollix anyhoo

Bruno is the worst film I have ever seen. Such a massive let down after Borat.

Is it worse than "Sex, Lies and Videotape"? I asked for, and received, my money back when I saw this at the pictures many years ago. I wasn't the only one.

What? It's in English?

Quality film. Brutal and a touch depressing. Should be right up your street.
Try watching it before writing it off!
I did - tonight. Brutal, certainly. But not very good. Didn't earn the redemption story. The prison stuff so familiar it was stale. Cameron, the racist leader, pretty unbelievable. But kept there till the end.

I think it's great but it's probably hard to leave pre-judgements behind you when watching it.

Ocean's Twelve, mate. You haven't seen utterly diabolical until you've seen that.

Have to agree. Watching it is like being accidentally invited to a 'celebrity buddies' party and standing awkwardly in the corner whilst they tell each other how great they are.
