I've never met a woman yet who's happy about a premature burst.

Swam 500m without stopping (hard work!), 45 mins spin cycling and some core/abs work.
No sheep were harmed in this process BP.

Not running means I'm pushing myself that little bit harder in the swim. Did my usual 1500m open water last night in 40 minutes. Decided to do another 2 laps before the lake closed.

2000m done and feeling pretty chuffed. Turbo bike ride tonight then warm down for my relay race on Saturday.

I'll wager that Enfield's "warm down" would be summat more strenuous than you or I would manage in an average month! :D

Laura's sacked, or at least suspended. Just like any woman - they always let you down in the end. Kept freezing up tonight. As such I've ran something like 25 minutes when I was only meant to be running for 16. In the end I just thought 'feck it', fired her off and carried on running.

Back to the Nike thingie on Friday.

I've worked out who Laura is now, how disappointing.
I swam again today, it's a slog.
Then ran around after my poorly dad's daft mutt. It had a dump directly in the middle of the road while we were crossing to the field. no decorum.

3 K in 20:43 tonight, so only 15 seconds quicker than Sunday. But hey, it's all grist to the mill (whatever grist is).
