If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

Just been further upchuffed by the news that Sunrise will be Radio Wales' single of the week and that a radio station in the Bahamas played our previous single Crash & Burn 14 times in one day. Fourteen! Wonder if they want us to do a studio session...

You need to do some public appearances for them I'd say. Its a fairly large grouping of islands, so you'll need at least a month to spread the message. Its worth a shot.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Shame the NOTW has folded, else I could look forward to hearing about your forthcoming ascent to megastardom.

Or supporting Joe McElderry, whichever comes first 8)

Interesting.

I remember when the Phantom Menace trailer came out before 'Meet Joe Black' and as such the latter announced higher-than-expected revenues, mainly due to people going to watch the trailer and then leaving.......these days they're all on the internet within minutes so will hang on for that.

Due the new Spiderman trailer soon too

Today i'm happy about my babies (not using the word 'twins' today what with the mood you lot are in!) I know i may be biased but they really are the best babies in the world. They are at such a lovely age at the moment. In the bath just now Jessie was fascinated and excited by water draining through holes in a cup. Its making me see things you just don't think about normally through new eyes. The world is an amazing place. :)

And, to continue the baby theme, I just got my first smile off my grandson.

:) Fab!

A baby's smiling and laughing is so infectious isn't it? Just makes you want to grin back!

Hard 9k end of season race in Trent Park.

40:53!

3 1/2 minutes faster than last time.

Very tired, very chuffed. :P

Wow! Huge improvement! Well done! Not surprised you're knackered!

Went back to triple jump on Saturday, hardly set the world alight but came 2nd and we won the match by one and a half points! :) they asked me to do the 4 x 400m relay as well but it was too late with the babies teatime thankfully, so I had a good excuse. I hate the 400m, only thing I can think of that's worse then the 400m is the 400m hurdles.

My friend John (fellow coach) and I have decided we are going to start running together on Tuesday nights after coaching the teenagers at the club. Am hoping the motivation of running with someone might spur me on. Also looking to start some kind of exercise class at local leisure centre but have no idea what so if anyone has any recommendations... Not really into martial arts or dance though kick boxing quite appeals...

I've switched one of my running nights for a core strengthening class. It seems to be working. Perhaps you could look at that? It combines endurance running, speed work and press ups and squats in a continuous 45 minute session. Hard but rewarding. I'm amazed at my progress.

Get it to 90 mins and there'll be a place for you as centre forward!

Presume most places do something similar. Will start by having a look at the local leisure centre I teach tramp and swimming at, may even get a discount! :) haven't got the time or commitment to play football anymore and I need to do something to get fit again!

I have always assumed, apparently incorrectly, that a leisure centre was somewhere one might visit in order to leisure. Silly me.
