Just bitten the bullet and resigned from one of my two work providers, effective mid-March. I was in the lucky position that I had so much work coming in that It was becoming a bit of a problem. Work/life balance realigned a little now so that's a weight off. Just watch my other company fail now!

It's another mid life crisis tick on the list. Only a camper van and a TR6 to go.

My girlfriend and I have taken quite a big step and got a puppy.

Image

His name is Vincent (after van Gogh, of course) and he is a Pug/Jack Russell Terrier cross.

He's got lots of terrier in him and is well up for it and is generally just a little dream of a temperament. Only 7.5 weeks old - the photo doesn't tell you how tiny he is.

Ha - I'm confident he'll be growling at Alsatians before long. He already loves a fight.

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Oh dear, you've fallen for the "Let's get a dog" thing?? You realise you're now only 18 months from shitty nappies, nursery fees and a life without sex, decent holidays or the pub?

Enjoy my friend, enjoy. While you still can.
