Getting into some Jesus and Mary chain, one forgets how good they were. Deliciously written, almost poetic at times, best listened to under a dirty duvet with a bag of mushrooms and a gram of whiz. Although it's a long time since I heard some candy talking................

Indeed it is. I've read the book too (Danny Baker is my favourite broadcaster).

Yeah, I could go for that Pirate.

Always loved the big band sound. Saw the Northern Jazz Orchestra live last night, about twenty of them, men and women mixed and they were just brilliant.
