What are you watching tonight?

If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

Watched 'Killer Inside Me' as well, which was unpleasant at start but ended up decent.

Sometimes very slow, it is haunting if you are prepared to stay with it, at least it was for me and partner. Enigmatic to the point of a disagreement between us of which brother Sean Penn (brilliant) is, in later life, representing (she was right!).

Its ambition is extraordinary, including a half hour evocation of the origins of the universe, life on earth and the evolution of humanity, where the camera work is brilliant.

The music is stunning - much composed for the film and a great deal classical - including Berlioz's Requiem Mass (stunningly sung) and Smetana's 'Ma Vlast' (one of my absolute favourites) - and almost every frame has music.

It is moving, puzzling, profound and banal. several major awards alkready, more raves than negatives, but the negatives are scathingly negative. Both sets of critics are right, imho - it is a seriously flawed masterpiece. A 'difficult' and rewarding film. I can forgive the deep flaws for its ambition.
Hated every pretentious second of the film. Waste of my time and Malick's. If he's going to wait five years between films then maybe he should wait ten next time.

Rubbish. Avoid.

Admit it - you were foxed by the fragmented and non-linear narrative, weren't you?

Watched Ironclad, from the makers of 300. Sort of where Russell Crowe's Robin Hood left off. Bad King John tearing up the rules and walking roughshod over everybody. Lots of gore and buckling of swashes but a bit of a poor man's Kingdom of Heaven scenario inthe seige scenes. Kate Mara lifting her skirts in the bloodbath interludes.

You've told us lots about it, without telling us what you thought of it.

I thought it was bobbins, personally.

Hardly "lots" in three lines. Watchable without being memorable forme, but opinions, as always will differ.

I'm angry that there is no ESPN Baseball replay tonight in primetime.

Instead there is Poker and a double showing (8pm & 11pm) of Vancouver Whitecaps - Manchester City
