Allesandro ran at the Curragh last week when chasing home impressive winner Imperial Rose, beaten just under a length on similar ground to that he'll encounter tonight. There was 8 lengths back to the 3rd horse. He ran that day off a mark of 53. He runs today off a mark of 54. 1lb higher. But he's due to go up 16lb from tomorrow!
16lb well in according to the handicapper, and if he can't win tonight then he'll never win again.
