Reet, so it's just the after goal music, shite band and jail bait cheerleaders to go then...CAPSLOCK wrote:NOOOOOOTANGODANCER wrote:What we probably will see on Saturday are all the things listed above, maybe with slight variations, but nevertheless, there.
As stated, fireworks and flags are no more

Who remembers my nationally famous article about this sort of thing?

Okay, I think we're settled on the Rebels, Music and the Band.
Now, what I don't want to see on the field is Kung Fu Kev, the twirling spinning piroeting midfield goalscorer that thinks tackling means looking like something from a Bruce Lee movie.
I also don't want to see any more long throws, unless we have someone who can actually reach as far as the middle of the penalty area.
Finally, I don't want to see endless Gary Speed-esque corners that can't clear the first man, or sail majestically over everyone and out on the far side.
Other than that, I'll be easily pleased

One or two outswingers bent away from the keeper occasionally would be nice too.fatshaft wrote:Okay, I think we're settled on the Rebels, Music and the Band.

the pre match music is awful all crappy dance music. Some decent tunes wouldn't go amiss. James Brown can stay, they'd only replace him with ring of ruddy fire or is the way to amarillo or that awful 500 miles
as for the cheerleaders let them do it, I dont enjoy them but do you expect the club to just say to the young girls "your all fired cos old men dont like you".

Alternatively tell em to fcuk off cos they're shit and pre pubescent kids have no place prancing about at football matches
That should do it
Hope it's diplomatic enough
Then we'll get to work on the drummers
Football back to its roots

Ok, so no fireworks, no flags... but what are we doing playing 'Surfing US fecking A' when the players emerge for the second half?!
Do we still have the same cheerleaders, as I overheard someone saying they had a new uniform?

Couldn't hear any goal music today

Aye, but now ESL only it seems, for perhaps when the cameras are on, same for the fancy new advert boards
