Aye. A bail out to anybody caught rioting would do. Say a grand for anyone on CCTV on the streets of London in the last three nights.
Then give all their best mates the job of the clean up.

That leading section of the building has a date on the front of it. Saw a picture in one newspaper today, not sure if it was 1830? A fine piece of architecture ruined in a few hours by fxcking lunatics, and for what exactly?

I recognise that this is rhetorical but is it permitted to ask why you think it happened?TANGODANCER wrote:That leading section of the building has a date on the front of it. Thought the same TD. As a lover of older buildings/architecture I found this very disturbing. Irreplaceable.TANGODANCER wrote:That leading section of the building has a date on the front of it. Re: Here we go
Anyway, I nicked it from a link off WW, but you've got to feel for the residents/small business owners who are taking the brunt of this.

Cnuts should be targeting the bloody City if they had any sense.
Shit, image doesn't work.

Indeed. The true tragedy of a set of cnuts setting alight a building housing a carpet shop downstairs and a shiteload of residential property upstairs is how old the thing is. It's fine anyway, Tottenham was/is a shithole. More bothered they don't kill anyone. If they burn all of that London and no-one dies can we have a Paris?

Re: Here we go
even if it is restored, (which i doubt it will be) im sure the place will be too messed up and resources too stretched to deal with football matches at the weekend, plus crowds of mercenaries from other towns wading in too!Wandering Willy wrote:West Ham game off tomorrow.
