I had a cold for 3 years non stop when I was in my early teens. I could not leave the house without taking 20 tissues with me.Annoyed Grunt wrote:True.....just seems that once you get over a bout, you've caught it again....

ARRGHHH!! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaahhh!!!
I am sick, got called to work today but couldn't go!
I got my 2nd radio spot this Saturday, and am too tired to get the list done.
I am only 50 odd minutes of music into a four hour show!
Plus the most devastating of all: I have missed 4 days of Big Brother UK!!!
But my Partner and friend have still been watching, so it's not all that bad!

Re: Separate thread to whine about *ManFlu
Waaaah. On Monday one of my technicians called in sick. Oh yeh, we all went, knowing he had been to a wedding over the weekend. Anyway, he finally polled up on Wednesday, but by Thurrday morning was complaining he hadn't recovered enough and was off sick again.
This morning I'm sitting alone in the office. All my team have called in sick one after the other. I'm beginning to develop a sore throat, my head feels thick, my neck feels stiff, nad I'm fading in and out of consciousness.
I'm guessing it's the primary stages of either Ebola or Dengue Fever. If you never hear from me again notify the Centre for Disease Control, and good luck, some of you might make it through to repopulate the earth.
