If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

watched "Infidel" tonight...

I've never really liked Omid Djalili that much - and this didn't really help...

the idea had some promise - not sure he carried it off... seemed a bit tired to me

Drove out to the post office box...nothing

Came home and took in the bins, I saw a package sticking out of the letterbox! (Alan Partridge Season 1)

Finally went and looked at a place and both copies of a Carl Barron DVD are long gone  (already got two just wanted the third)

That's twice you've bought that Partridge DVD in the last couple of months. Sort yourself out!

I ordered from a seller a while ago S1 & 2, they were posted individually and Season 1 never arrived.
Got a Refund and ordered another copy from someone else for a bit more. (Seller I bought off orig. had none left)

Tonight I bought an Akmal stand up dvd and 2 disc New Jack City.
watched a bit of the Akmal dvd

There were alot of UFC dvds cheap as, I wanted to buy them!
(I cannot bear to watch UFC it's way too hardcore violent)

There were three copies of The Mask for $5, I left them there, probably get them another day.
Also there was heaps of Thunderbirds for about $3.50

Last night I watched a Dave Hughes dvd, a special feature which was of his Hometown Gig and going around his Hometown

Whilst always happy to heap opprobrium onto Omid Djalili, I forgot - he actually shares the World's-Least-Funny-4uckwit crown with Henning Wehn. For some reason, BBC 5 Live seem to think that they've found a funny German :conf:

They shoehorn the bloke onto just about everything that they can whereby he, time and time again, amply proves that he has no understanding whatsoever of what passes for wit.

Catching up on Curb

End of the series is nowhere near as good as that start, sadly

Got tons of 9/11 stuff recorded that I need to work through.

Only 5% left on my Sky box and I hate it being lower than 20% so am getting nervous, especially with Mystery Men on tonight, wouldn't want to miss that.

its like your morbid curiosity thread, this time every year we are bombarded with images, documentaries and newsreels like theyre applying the Ludovico Technique on us, and we lap it up! just got a brilliant email with a load of recently declassified ariel shots too.

freaks me out how it was TEN years ago! getting old fast.

Send that email on mate, love stuff like that.

I remember 10yrs ago coming home from college at lunchtime, and sitting down to watch BBC News when it went straight to the footage. Thing is, I remember the second plane hitting the tower, but my memory of it was that it happened live - though seeing it back since the plane was never shown going in.....

Was driving through Poole - I could take you to the very spot where I was when MarK & Lard broke the news and then decided just to play music for the rest of their show.
