And thanks. But it's not really. Just not getting injured and still strong from my Ironman training. Sub 20 next.

Glad I'd put a skin on as the wind was absolutely bracing. Finished way below my average again (my fault for being slovenly) so having a hard training week this week, most of which will be done in the gym. Micrporous nip tape at the ready
