Fatshaft's been on. Anyone fancy doing the Aberdeen 10K next year and a weekend in the splendid Granite City?

What dates for the 10k?

And thanks. But it's not really. Just not getting injured and still strong from my Ironman training. Sub 20 next. :shock:

27th August. There's a half marathon and a 10K (as well as a family mile).

By way of absolutely nothing, by the way, this gentleman's piled on some timber :shock:

I got there a little early expecting to have to park and walk down Long Lane, and guess what? The car park was fully open!

Glad I'd put a skin on as the wind was absolutely bracing. Finished way below my average again (my fault for being slovenly) so having a hard training week this week, most of which will be done in the gym. Micrporous nip tape at the ready :D

I only woke up at 8.45am. Its been a long and hectic couple of weeks and had nowt to do with the weather. Honest!! :oops:

I went out later (in the rain) and got in a second run of the week.
