first parkrun in a while on saturday. After a month of barely any exercise, eating and drinking like a tudor royal over christmas, I was quite surprised that I was 30 seconds off my PB for the course

cracking effort on 71 Bruce. Just checked and apparently I've only done 12! Thought it s at least twenty. Maybe I've included the ones I promised I'd do half cut on Friday eve

Tempting, did a slow 5k on the indoor track at the gym and it felt alright but not quite there yet unfortunately.

Did my first run in 6 weeks on Monday, but still getting twinges in my back.
I was going to marshal tomorrow, but they appear to have more than a full quota. Might go down to watch, if I can be arsed getting up.
