What are you watching tonight?

If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

The point about clowns is that they are more than funny - so many plays and songs and movies and operas and stories about the tears of the clown, the anger of the clown, the violence of the clown...

Including this, brilliant, get it from LF, download, whatever... mad movie...

I think you'll find that the general opinion about clowns is that they're a bit creepy, not funny and that children are mostly scared of them. :conf:

Our Bobo being the exception of course!!
Hope is what keeps us going.

I think that sort of agrees with what I said... Though the movie I enjoyed goes a lot further...

Sorry, I didn't watch the video  I was so keen to get across my opinion of clowns (cough, most people's opinions of clowns), that I didn't watch it.

I'm glad this came up - reminded me of the absolute total craziness of The Last Circus.

And I'm going to put it up at the top of my LF list. I'm sure that somewhere it's a cult phenomenon - but I'd like to check it out again, and try to disentangle a little more after, at the Cornerhouse, just being swept along on the madness, lust, violence, politics...

Finally got round to finishing watching Skeletons. I can see why it won awards, but it requires a level of imagination on the part of the viewer that I, personally, struggle to offer.
May the bridges I burn light your way

Son has obviously gotten rid of it!

It Sucks, no recording, no rewinding, no playback.

today I watched the infamous trailer to Innocence of Muslims.

It's possibly the crassest thing I've ever seen.

Another 17 people died today protesting against this dross.

And a Pakistani government minister has offered a reward for the 'execution' of this 'blasphemer'...

If the prophet is not absolutely fireproof against idiocy like this the faith is in very bad shape... or, to be accurate, the Pakistani government is, and the Salafist fundamentalists are seizing their chance...

http://en.avaaz.org/783/muslim-rage-pro ... -the-clash" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Explanation... This is a left wing protest and organise site I subscribe to and support in various ways on the issues it tackles that match up with my concerns...
