I don't see a problem with Pearce as under 21's coach too a certain degree. He's a legend so he'll motivate the kids, the downside as I see it is that he's cr@p!
The citeh fans I've spoken too cannot believe (it not because there a massive club ) but because he's doing such a bad job there that he needs to spe3nd alll his time doing that, not having a break

city fans were already wondering if Pearce is the man and this will tip them over the edge. perhaps wait til the end of the season and they can attract Mourinho or someone that huge
but back to Pearce the U-21 job would be an excellent one to cut his teeth with - much less demanding than his day to day citeh job
