Bother across the Pennines at Leeds United. A former club director has complained to Yorkshire Police after chairman Ken Bates included his name and address in a critical article published in a match programme, the Daily Mail reports.

Bates blames Melvyn Levi for destabilising the club finances, the paper says. "I can't understand why he's singling me out, " says Levi. According to the paper, Bates retorts: "Levi is lucky I didn't put his phone number in as well... If he's got a problem, he should speak to me direct."
