This is pretty nasty, one guy is about to win via an armbar submission. The other guy slams him to try and escape. Guy who was about to win seems to break his neck or other such nasty, and the guy who slams from the arm bar breaks his arm - if you look at the end it's gone limp.

Undoubtedly the best two pound for pound mixed martial arts fighters in the world are Anderson Silva (Brazilian UFC Middleweight) and Fedor Emelianenko (Russian Pride/Affliction Heavyweight)

They are both awesome fighters, here are some good highlight reels..
