It was a left handed sucker punch. It had nothing to do with burger flipping Tango, the fact is I am a big guy and am in good shape, I know how to look after myself.TANGODANCER wrote:I should imagine burger-flipping comes in handy to develop that old right arm Mich. Did the guy flip right over?Mich Caine wrote:Not really, I used the same shot to deck someone on a night out before.bobby5 wrote:Quite rare to see a KO with a body shot.
But nowadays I am a lover not a fighter.

Oh, I do beg your pardon. Haven't seen the fight so didn't know. You must lift those onion sacks left handed then.Mich Caine wrote:

And you do too! Some of your posts like the BWFC dancers are just different class, definitely a deserved winner of poster of the year!TANGODANCER wrote:Oh, I do beg your pardon. Haven't seen the fight so didn't know. You must lift those onion sacks left handed then.Mich Caine wrote:

I really must go to a boxing match then, as there must be stuff going on, highly relevant to the fight, that doesn't get picked up on by TV, Soldier.Soldier_Of_The_White_Army wrote:Quality post!!cowdrill wrote:you lot only saw the fight on tv
so it doesnt count

If you're allowed to qualify Cowdrill's comments as a "Quality post!!", Soldier, then equally I'm allowed to qualify them as being of absolute rubbish. Not that you can't draw an opinion on the footie from tele, you understand? This is something that, for me, is just a variant of 'opinion formed from available information given the source' type o' thang, and not a I-go-so-therefore-I-know-everything against a you-don't-so-accordingly-you-know-nowt, type of opinion. Just that the comparison to watching the boxing on TV with watching footie on TV is absolutely, well, incomparable..
