It seems that in Nebraska one can sue the Almighty

Possibly - I didn't see the movie. However, a state senator actually filing suit shows that American truth may be stranger than Australian fiction.

im sure i read that the guy was doing it to prove that you can sue anyone, which probly is true over the pond
