Pater Nguyen is clearly a genius. The stuff his teacher missed in the first essay worries me more than the essays themselves.

My Geography teacher was a marker for O'level (GCSE these days.) One day he's marking a paper (from Liverpool) on which is written the following.

Dear Mr Examiner,

I don't want to do this exam. I've been forced into it. So I'm not going to write anything.

Yours sincerely etc.

The rules state that the marker has to check every page of the script, to see if there is anything written on them. He does this. At the bottom of the last page it says.

'Told you'
