why oh, why oh, why do people start their wedded life by losing any musical taste? or is it that only people with no musical taste get married??

so what would you/did you choose?

number 8 is allright!

As for your question, a year ago i would have gone for Bryan Adams because it was my and the ex's 'song'. (she picked). Now as a neutral, twould be Biffy Clyro: Folding Stars.

I would probably go for the Carcass classic, "Cadaveric Incubator of Endoparasites".
You need something to get the grandparents dancing, and I think that would be it.

There may be trouble ahead
But while there's moonlight and music
And love and romance
Let's face the music and dance
If I should die, think only this of me:
That there's some corner of a foreign field
That is for ever England

Well, my wedding wasn't sh*te. And for the record, first dance was Coles Corner by the mighty Richard Hawley.

Guess, just like anything else, it's their ( people) wedding so their personal choice. Doesn't make it shxte. Can't remember mine, but have a feeling it was one of "My Simple Heart" by Three Degrees, "Lady by Kenny Rogers" or "Three times a Lady" by Lionel Ritchie. Doctor Hook and "When you're in love with a beautiful Woman" was our mutual favourite around then.

Going back a bit now though, as we had our 27th Anniversary a couple of weeks ago. Best ever for Anniversaries is the immortal Al Jolson and The Anniversary Waltz.

I had some Disney song with no words. I screwed it up and the relationship.

I'll push for pearl Jam next time.

I think Cannibal Corpse's "Entrails Ripped From A Virgin's C*nt" would be more appropriate.
