"Green MP Caroline Lucas calls for all-female emergency cabinet".

Thank f*ck for that. For a while I thought the Green's might just be a fringe party.
Nearly fell on the floor laughing at that one, Lucas really has lost the plot, one too many vegetables and smelling the muck off the carthorse towing her back to her cave is taking it's toll.
Her statement this morning "women are less tribal than men" - there's a generalisation that no male MP would get away with.

There are a lot of things that applies to. I've said it before, equality actually means role reversal to the modern version of suffragette. Wake up girls, 1920 was before even the worst of males came and left town. Men don't "celebrate" themselves or call for all-male anything these days; seems to be a trend with the er, tribal..."I am" females . They spent years breaking into all male traditions, golf clubs, mens clubs etc; now they want to throw us out and shut the door. Not the best description of equality in my book.

https://www.theguardian.com/politics/20 ... government

Good lord if ever there was just cause for another English civil war and re-invading Scotland this bunch of no hope losers sure enough provide the evidence.

Deceitful people who stood for MP's from a party they now rebel against (Tory tantrum throwers) Idiots who voted for a leader they thought would never get in and it was just to show they were inclusive (Labour) People who will use any excuse they can to try to become Queen of Scotland (no need to identify) And finally a bunch of wishy washy protest vote party members who for every surge they fall back further (Limp Dems).

TURKEY VOTES FOR CHRISTMAS CORKER!

"Lifelong eurosceptic Jeremy Corbyn calls for a vote of no confidence in Boris Johnson's government to block leaving the European Union. This would, if successful, precipitate a general election in which the Labour Party's House of Commons representation would be decimated."

The stuff of Hollywood.

Don't laugh, Spotty, we once had an MP in our State Parliament named Richard Head. :)

Is she really advocating no jail for females? What would she do with Myra Hindley, promote her to Minister for Children? Oops no, that'd be Rosemary West.

Best way to avoid jail is don't do anything that warrants it. I though that was the due process of law? I have to wonder what sort of a world my grand kids and great grand-kids (I have both) are going to meet in twenty years.

...depends. If they wear leather and eyepatches, and meet up in someplace called the Thunderdome, I think they'll be fairly fxcked up.
