New Phones........... Help The Uninitiated
I know that this subject comes up fairly frequently, but then mobile phone manufacturers do seem to release the latest 'must-haves's like clay pigeons.
So, we have a guy coming in on Monday to sort out our phone contract at work, and apparently we can have anything we want.
I currently have a Blackberry Pearl which, to be honest, does everything I need it to (Phone, Email, Text, Interweb, etc).
Shall I get another of the same or is there summat better?

May the bridges I burn light your way

I've got one and think it's great.Bruce Rioja wrote:I'm being told that the Apple I Phone is the thing. What is it?
I like that it does the classic iPod job too and I can listen to music/recorded lectures on it.

as work's paying fot it fine, but you'll spend the next 18 months putting it in an out of it's case to stop it being scratched to hell. Your blackberry is much more mobile phone sized and does what you want. And depending who you ask the nokia n96 is better than the iphone, it just isn't a style icon.

I don't have mine in a case and it doesn't really get too scratched... though I do have the gay white one.
