Re: Today I'm angry about.....
Today I'm absolutely bristling as one family on the close have decided to stick their Christmas tree and lights up already. Then, when I got to mine I nipped in the back bedroom for summat only to see that one of the houses over the back have got their conservatory lit up like like fecking Blackpool front. No need. Too soon.
May the bridges I burn light your way
Re: Today I'm angry about.....
My tree arrives on Thursday, we're going to the Christmas markets on Sat and then having friends back. I've told the Mr, the tree NEEEEEDS to be up to continue the festivitiesBruce Rioja wrote:Today I'm absolutely bristling as one family on the close have decided to stick their Christmas tree and lights up already. Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Can't believe anyone would have their conservatory lit up yet! (I did ban the "front room" though)89bwfc89 wrote:My tree arrives on Thursday, we're going to the Christmas markets on Sat and then having friends back. I finish work on the 12th. It'll be dragged out of the garage and erected on the 13th. Merry Christmas.

Exactly. And leaving the house at 04:00 on a Monday to get somewhere in time for a full day meeting? Well, I reckon I earn that nice meal at the end of the day.Worthy4England wrote:One hotel room's pretty much like the next.Burnden Paddock wrote:Not jealous. Not jealous.
