You're a bit late. You should have been there last weekend.

It was boiling on Monday. I kept having to stay in all these boozers to stay out of the sun! Nightmare.

Just to live there when I was first over here in 1991 just by the Rein bridge, and go there every two weeks now. It's a great place, expecially on the beer. 1000 pubs and eating places in one square miles. Though it's bloody expensive!

If your coming over soon you might be in luck, the world largest mobile fun fair is due to arrive (it's fooooking massive!).

If your with family, take the chance to go the sea world, 5 mins from where I used to live. There is a huge park surrounding it too.

Need any persifics (sp) give a shout.

Ta :)

We'll be coming over at the end of Jan/beginning of Feb. Nothing special, just more of a weekend away with friends. Hopefully just going to be a weekend of getting drunk and stuff - and the flights are only £2. Return. I'll have that!

I take it your flying into Düsseldorf Weeze instead of International?

If so, remember you have to book in online now.

Fashion city, I had some nice party nights in the Altstadt, very recommendable. :pissed:

Cologne is just 30 min away from Düsseldorf, there you can visit the "Kölner Dom" or whatever you wanna do in Germany.

Superb city. Great bars and restaurants. Half an hours train ride from Koln as well - which is an absolute must.
