Bengals look like there going out. At least there putting in some kind of performance, unlike the last time they played the Jets.

Who's everyone's picks then? I'm rooting for the Cowboys.

I tend to support overseas teams for musical reasons.

As I love a whole lot of music that comes from Detroit... well... NFL fans will know how I lucked out there.

Been a Saints fan for years - most of which have been truly awful. Hopefully this is our year.

Moffers - if you are basing it on music you must have a soft spot for New Orleans.

Do they even have a team?

Detroit got my vote for: The Stooges, MC5, Motown, Parliament/Funkadelic, Suzi Q, Little Willie John, Andre Williams, Jackie Williams, Bill Haley, The Mysterians, The Woolies, Creem Magazine, The Dirtbombs, White Stripes, Juan Atkins, Derrick May, Smokey Robinson, Hank Ballard... etc etc etc...

Well that was a crap start to the playoffs. I can live with my team not making it to the playoffs but I hate the Boyz. Absolutely can't stand them. Let's hope Romo lives up to his reputation next week.

Indeed. Amazing that the game was won with a defensive play though :o

So you didn't leave Seattle by choice, it is true that in fact you were run out of town.

It was certainly a good ending. I won't be paying much attention now though. The Patriots were destroyed, and the Skins were never even there.

Somtimes it's just a bloody brilliant sport. Can't argue with 45-51, that's a classic.

Arizona were my tip last year  even if it's two years running I didn't chuck a fiver on it.

You've obviously never been to Seattle . . . the idea that they care enough about a sports team to run anyone out of town is absurd.

I have - it rains a lot. I like the scenery in Washington state but I can't say I found Seattle an interesting city the way San francisco and Boston are, and New Orleans was (I haven't been there since Katrina).
