I note that Sir Arthur Conan Doyle spent much of his adult life in East Sussex too. It must be something in the air.

10k then beers Friday neet followed by a leisurely parkrun round the Westwood opposite the racecourse in the morning. And a MASSIVE spoons fry up obviously.
