Not sure but I’m hoping that and some sunshine might help motivate me. Just finished Pilates. Now going to kill in a darkened room and recover before umpiring 2 netball matches this afternoon and swimming with my youngest this evening!

Cracked 21 mins for 5k on the track tonight. Happy with that. Also takes my mind off the washing machine not draining

Excellent work. Happy with my time round the ruddy Reebok last night. 2nd fastest time since I moved up. 7.25miles in 58 mins.

Ha. I’ve forgotten my Nike plus log in it’s been so long and I don’t put the really bad ones on there anyway! Obviously because I can’t log in I’m just assuming that I’m well behind you on that leader board and you’re getting out for regular 10k’s!
