Just staggered round a short run! If I can do it then you lot can! Come on Bruce, BP, HG! It’s time to get cracking again!
When do the evenings get lighter? Is that next week?
Flat out and back at LHP next week? 😬
Bruce and HG say they would love to.

Not sure but I’m hoping that and some sunshine might help motivate me. Just finished Pilates. Now going to kill in a darkened room and recover before umpiring 2 netball matches this afternoon and swimming with my youngest this evening!
You think you know someone. 😳

Cracked 21 mins for 5k on the track tonight. Happy with that. Also takes my mind off the washing machine not draining 😭
Excellent work. Happy with my time round the ruddy Reebok last night. 2nd fastest time since I moved up. 7.25miles in 58 mins. :D

Thanks, feels nice to crack that particular barrier. And great work on that, cracking effort!

Went for a 5k run tonight. Was still slow (though it felt fast!) but far easier then the previous few outings. Felt I could go further/faster,

If it's not on the Nike+ Leaderboard then it didn't happen :D

Seriously - well done.

Ha. I’ve forgotten my Nike plus log in it’s been so long  and I don’t put the really bad ones on there anyway! Obviously because I can’t log in I’m just assuming that I’m well behind you on that leader board and you’re getting out for regular 10k’s!

Great work! Always a great feeling when it starts to feel easier and you have more in the tank. :D
