So with your return to swimming, a desire to cycle and a new love of running I think you're ready for Triathlon. 😁

More likely a marathon*. The chocolate bar and not the 26 mile run!

* Yes. I know it’s now snickers, but that wouldn’t fit with my rather obvious joke. ☺️

I’ve actually been idly thinking about taking advantage of the cycle to work scheme. Don’t expect me near a triathlon course any time soon!

Just after 7am and day 6 done. That felt like a big step up for an unfit bugger like me. Run with Bruce coming up this morning.

Day six done here too, along with 30-odd press ups as part of a press-up app thing. No running today given the leg, instead will try to climb my local bump, Swains Lane, three times tomorrow.

Felt those squats today, not done so many in a row before.

3.5 miles done. 32 seconds faster than Thursday, which in turn was 1:02 faster than Tuesday. Progress!

Already covered more mileage in March, than the whole of February. Not that it was difficult.

4th short run of the week done.

Lungs say I was doing 7 minute miles. Sadly my watch said it was nearer 9 minutes. It'll do though.

A triathlon of cookies, ice cream and chocolate is as near as I’ll get.

Sell you Luke’s old bike for just £100? I’ve still got the stabilisers somewhere if you want me to pop them back on?

Don’t you want it back from him for your trips into the village, or do you need the seat lowering first? 😉

You took advantage of that vulnerability. Sniff!

Can only think my mild epilepsy pushed me up the list. Not complaining!

 Fair play BP, that made me laugh.

Forgot to do yesterday’s set so I did both today’s and yesterday’s today. One in the morning (with added dog trying to sit on me) and one this evening. Crunches were hard work!

Missed the last couple of days sets as I did a10 mile run, 7 mile hike and 36 mile bike ride over the weekend and, frankly, was knackered. An early drive up to Dundee this morning and a day's work followed by a fish supper means today's gone for a burton too. 🙄

There'll be time for catch up and a run tomorrow. 😁

Caught up yesterday with the day I missed but after nearly 25k steps on the go today with work and home stuff (and not even a run involved!) I shall see if I can find motivation later this evening before bed. You’ll have a lot to catch up on!

If you're staying at The Dundee Malmaison, be sure to have the marmalade sponge and custard. Run it off tomorrow and thank me next time.
It's that good it'll make your bollocks tingle. :D

EDIT: And the Arbroath smokies at breakfast. Good grief!!! :D

I'm actually in St Andrew's. Hotel du Vin overlooking the beach. Room only. No catering at the moment (hence the fish supper). I'll do some abs etc. Tonight and finish in the morning. 🙂

Haven’t done today’s set as of yet. Painful arm after my first covid jab yesterday. Will give it a go before bed and if it doesn’t come off (the set, not my arm) I’ll swap it for tomorrow’s planned rest day.
