Not see Winter's Bone yet but stick the other two on your list Bruce, both superb. AH has one of the best soundtracks I've ever come across, among the many good things about it.

Just looked them up. Winter's Bone is definitely going on the list. Not sure about Silver Linings Playbook. Though it does have De Niro in it, which always used to edge me towards a film until he did that Focker nonsense.

OK, OK. I've put all three on. Have you ever seen Requiem for a Dream, LE? If ever a soundtrack was made to match a film, that's, it. IMO, of course.

I had my doubts about Silver Linings when I saw the trailer but I loved it. It's De Niro's best performance in years as well.

Sitting in a hospital car park waiting for lady clown to come out from an x-ray. The quality of parking already completed needs to be seen to be believed. Then add that the the pathetic attempts to find a new space or, when found, actually access it ... plus the amazing driving to leave a space once done.

I may hire an umpires chair, bring sandwiches and a flask and watch this for a whole day next time.

Given that TV has gone for 'Tumble' and 'Splash' this could easily be a new programme.

Tremendous! Don't watch if feeling miz... You'll be suicidal by the end... Watch when happy. You'll be shaken but happy that films as brave and ferocious as this can be made.
