He's staring the conditioning today, first up is Cam Path, also known as Alemtuzumab. This is the start of them killing the immune system, preparing his body for transplant.

He's actually doing OK. I think it's pretty much going over his head. He knows he's ill, but don't think he fully understands the situation...which is probably a good thing.
