And Tim Brooke-Taylor. If you don't listen to Radio 4 or were born early enough to watch The Goodies you may never of heard of him. A genuinely funny man and supposedly a nice person to boot. RIP.

As a boy I used to get threatened with being taken to Neville's :D

RIP. A guy from a time when Barbers were something of a local institution - Neville, Walter Hall, Maurice Kobelt. At least Clarkie's still at it. :)
May the bridges I burn light your way

Everton Weekes, last of the three W's and the only man to make five test centuries on the trot. He was run out on 90 going for the sixth.

When Weekes told Jim Laker he was named after his father's favourite football team, Laker said: "You're lucky he wasn't a fan of West Bromwich Albion".

Not an easy man to like given the team he played for and his style of management but certainly someone to admire. Won loads as a player and adored by the supporters of the sides he managed. RIP wor Jack

I watched him and his brother in the 1966 world cup. Hard to dislike anyone on that team. RIP.
