This weeks RIP's........

If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

If somebody is in touch with Bruce Rioja, could you mention this sad event as we more or less all joined the site together from the old B.B.C 606 Wanders site. He may already know, but if not...
I've messaged him Tango.

Such sad news. I only know him from this virtual world obviously, but he was nothing less than a gent. May he rest in peace.

Sad confirmation from Worthy of what I feared. Dujon and I were contemporaries, he being just four months older than me. We actually had a long private email correspondence discussing various things of interest to us. Ironically, the last email I had from him was during the pandemic and he wanted to know if I had survived:

"G'day, Monty,
Just a welfare check, mate, I haven't seen a post from you recently on the site. Are you O.K.?
Regards,
John"

I did survive but sadly Dujon has left us. RIP my virtual friend, I shall miss you.

Sad news about Francis Lee. I knew him quite well at one time. He was my next-door neighbour in Westhoughton and my kids went to school with his. I also worked for him for a time.I went to a few parties thrown by him and his wife,Jean and met Mike Thomas, Mike Summerbee, Dave Mackay and others there. Jean sadly also pased away from cancer some time ago. . Really sad news. God rest them and my prayers are for them both. R.I.P.

Matthew Perry aka Chandler Bing. Proper shocker that. Such a well watched show. He's someone who would have featured in most of our lives whatever your age.

Gutted. A real character. Summer 1996 will always hold a special place for me. We were the best side in that tournament and should have won it. El Tel was ahead of his time.

Aye, a strange one but 65 is no age to go. Self inflicted to a large extent I think, but still. I really liked his version of "She moved through the fair" R.I.P Shane.
