Here's a thing. It's almost worthy of a spot in my Little Known Facts, but it better lives here.
The current global 'warming' metric is that sea surface temperatures are going up by 0.01 degrees centigrade per year. Sounds like fook all really, doesn't it?
Put it this way: That's the equivalent energy released by 4 Hiroshima bombs every second of every minute of every hour of every day each year.

It is now officially Spring in Canada which is a little different from more temperate climes:
