White van driven into people coming out of the Finsbury Park mosque last night in an apparent "revenge" attack. Horrendous. The world is a scary place right now.

Just read the comments section on the Independent. Note to self, this is clealry where care in the community operates at it's most visible level.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Very important that we find out where his place of worship was, and his social clubs and ensure we stamp them out. He must have been radicalised somewhere, so some of his community must have known what he was planning.

Also I've not heard a single person from the white man, white van driver communities condemn this attack. Absolutely sickening.

There are reports he celebrated whilst being arrested, but notice the BBC didn't report that on the radio this morning. #cowards

Not heard anyone talking about his mental health yet.

I live about 3/4 of a mile away and get the tube in a morning from the station. Was v surreal today, police vans and media everywhere, some people wandering around looking lost, most people in the usual commuter morning charge.

Read somewhere that he's a relative of one of the Manchester victims. That could, of course, be utter shite though.

Neighbours told of their shock after seeing pictures of Osborne being arrested by police.

Dave Ashford, 52, said: ‘Someone called me and said it was him and I said ‘It can’t be’. Then I saw the picture on the news and said ‘S***, it’s him’.’

Another neighbour said: ‘He had lived on the estate for a few years. He’s always been a complete c*** but this is really surprising.’

And I suppose, just like comrade Compo, we should 'break down and weep' unlike for other victims of terrorist offences.

Personally, it's a shame we cannot hang the perpetrator of this terrorist crime, there is no room for these types in a free, (well for now at least) democratic country.

Apparently, he is a complete cnut and TBH I don't think I'd label him a pal, mate or anything and I certainly wouldn't drink with the pri*k.

What on earth are you on about? You don't half like to make things up.

Every terrorist attack is an absolute tragedy. Nobody in their right mind would suggest otherwise, I'm not sure anyone has?

After the Manchester attack I had to drive to Sheffield and I went there in the car listening to the radio, fighting back tears. I'm not ashamed to admit that. I'm sure everyone was the same. The point being that the people who commit acts of terrorism are disgusting excuses for human beings. But they do NOT represent entire religions or communities. End of.

God you are slow sometimes!
I was giving the sarcy back about commie compos tears for Finsbury, where were they for Manchester, London Bridge etc.?
As for the 'disgusting excuses for human beings', why not treat them like the vermin they are? You'd be quite happy to send Rentokil in after a plague of rats in your house.

Again I literally have no idea what you're talking about. I suspect some sort of right wing blogger nonsense. But whatever.

As for the latter part, I think they should be locked up till they die. I don't think we should execute them, if that is what you mean as that is exactly what they want. To be martyrs. Keep them alive in a cell, isolated on their own. That way they must suffer every single day for as long as is possible.

I think he's suggesting that Jezza (Commie Compo) is more concerned for run over Muslims than for the victims of the Manchester bombing. For which I can see no evidence at all.

Yeah it is the bold bit. No idea what sort of swivel eyed loon is suggesting Corbyn was more bothered about one than the other...though I can have a wild guess.....first initial K....

Wrong actually, May gets slated for being the unemotional 'Maybot' over recent events and the after last one Compo 'breaks down in tears, overcome with grief' in front of the cameras. One might say, if one was a little sceptical, it makes a good show for his humanity given the abuse heaped on May and before some start, the breakdown and tears were not in evidence in Manchester or after London bridge, now't to do with Muslims more to do with PR.

Did he? I think once again this is the right wing swivel eyed loons grasping and failing. He became a bit emotional seeing a tragedy in his own constituency. How do you know he wasn't the same about Manchester or London Bridge? How on earth would anyone know that?

He sounded very emotional when discussing Manchester. But it was different as it was mid campaign and not in his constituency.

Yes it was different, a hell of a lot more people got killed and seriously injured, kids and young ones mainly, so this is a man who thinks more about his constituents than the general public? I suppose he will be different if he ever gets in no10 then and we are all his constituents, after the campaign of course.
Cynical!

Sorry, but labelling people right wing swivel eyed loonies means sod all, more so when all you view is of the left wing shit stirring rags.
How about some of your campaigning google eyed, left wing flakes with their banners of 'truth' out today making political hay of another disaster?

Compo's mindless mugs on the march, banners by militant, organised by we lost the election but should be in power Marxists.

As I said before, how on earth does anyone know his reaction to the Manchester bombing? Unless he was recorded throughout that period you simply wouldnt know.

You'd think anyone who wrote the words 'another disaster' might finally be getting somewhere.

It's possible.
