Beware the Christmas Scammers..!

Post by TANGODANCER » Thu Nov 28, 2019 1:06 pm

The telephone scammers are out hunting for victims. Had two calls in the last two days, one from a supposed internet provider, and the other warning me my Amazon account is in danger (pity for them I don't have such) Might be an idea to warn any elder members of you families with a phone to be wary. These confidence tricksters are relentless.

Watched a program earlier about fake goods. There's hardly a product around now that someone won't make a shite copy of.

Aye, your local burglar can live half-a-world away and rob you without getting out of bed. The wonderful world of technology hey?

Chuffed for you that the people at PayPal realised that the transaction wasn't Kosher, mate. ;)
