2 shows skill. 1 would be just lucky!

150000 words in the English language with 5 letters, so getting it in one is certainly lucky. I’d argue getting it in 2 or 3 is also largely luck dependent on which words you choose first.

If there’s that many 5 letter words why do they all go out of my head when I’m trying to think of one?!

Not suprised you've all had good days this time.

Morag had the last four letters in order after two goes, then spent the next three trying to guess the first letter.

Indeed! I basically just needed the first letter after two rounds. Should I go with a harmless word or one that had a second somewhat vulgar meaning. Well, it's a family game I thought (the wife had already got three) so I went with the construction material. So a four with no bragging rights.
