Tattoo much?
I have three tattoos. One of them is a small caricature type on my shoulder which I now don't like. I had it done when I was 18, and drunk.
My wife has said she would like to pay for another tat, and I want to cover it up with something that reflects my love for my club (and town), without having f**king ribbons halfway down my back.
I quite like one of the town crests, with the elephant and castle, but can't find a decent example.
Suggestions (in picture form) would be gratefully received.
Game on.

The only reason I'm asking is that it might look a bit shit if you just tatoo over it.enfieldwhite wrote:No. And don't ask me to post one either. Why do you think I have no avatar?keveh wrote:Have you got a picture of your tatoo?
I'm looking for something that can cover an area of about 8 square inches.
I would have had a go at designing something around it.

It's a tattoo of a skull in a Top Hat smoking a spliff. (I did say I was drunk, didn't I?) It really is quite faded now, so Warty's Lancashire Rose idea would be bold enough to cover it.keveh wrote:The only reason I'm asking is that it might look a bit shit if you just tatoo over it.enfieldwhite wrote:No. And don't ask me to post one either. I'm liking the original design idea though......

Nope I was drunk stupid and young when I had my first and didn't really think about what I wanted to have displayed on my body for the rest of my life.Gertie wrote:Don't tattoos really hurt?? Do you want to put yourself through the agony?? Is that why you were drunk when you had it done??
The other two are much more personal to me and I am happy with the way they turned out.
They don't really hurt. It's more of a hot, scratchy sensation. Quite bearable.
