I've booked time off work so I can watch the opening ceremony and the first pair of games. Got my World Cup beer in from Asda (two crates for £16), got my meat feast pizza and spicy Pringles for the second half and I cannot fecking wait.

Wondered what any of you 'orrible lot had planned ahead of an afternoon of experimental darnce possilbe involving lycra?

I plan on watching the whole of the opening day. Just one exam to go then, and a whole week to revise for it.

I wish I could do the same, but I finish early on friday then need to help out getting things ready for my sisters birthday,

Her birthday is on Saturday, so we have hired a huge room, invited loads of people and hired a big screen.

What time does the whole thing kick off, i might be able to catch some of it.
