What are you playing tonight?

If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

It's just a rip off of The Jam.......
And on that showing a particularly poor one!

Not even a remotely subtle rip off! Although, The Jam did rip off 'Taxman' by The Beatles with 'Start!', not that I'm a massive fan of either.

The Enemy are genuinely the worst band I've ever heard.

After getting roundly slaughtered for the last song I posted I thought I would try and redeem myself, surely this will be an improvement. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u4OzNch ... redirect=1

Now you're talking Dan :oyea:

Just been listening to a John Lennon compilation. I'd forgotten how much good stuff he'd done after the Beatles. Particularly when you compare it to the stuff Paul bastarding McCartney churned out (and still does to this day :spank: )

You're right this time, Dan. The Enemy are shite, but The Rifles are top.

There's a few youtube vids knocking about which show just how much they rip off other bands. For instance, does this sound familiar?

Don't get why everyone has gone nuts. Well, everyone our age anyway. That woo-oooh one is pretty good, and that one the Futureheads covered. Beyond that, I don't think I could name a song! In fact, I can't even name those! Wuthering Heights?

She only ever did one tour. When she did she looked like this:

Fantastically talented, fit as a butchers dog and nice as pie. I wouldn't crawl over her to get to you, that's for sure.

Check out her album, Hounds of Love and listen to side two 'The Ninth Wave'. But do yourself a favour. Take yourself off somewhere quiet, put your headphones on and close your eyes.

The woman's a goddess.

Edit: She also invented, or was responsible for the invention of, the Headmike.

It's more the people my age going nuts. It's worse than the stone roses, at least we were alive when they were good. I've never heard anyone once talk about their passion for Kate Bush and now every other Facebook post is either a no make up selfie ( the girlf now included :hang:) or folk going on about Kate Bush. It's understandable for the owd gimmers.

There's no band from before your time that you'd get excited about reforming?

There are, but it wouldnt be a surprise to everyone I know. I'm not knocking any individual who has a genuine love for Kate Bush, it's just this * someone old announces a tour suddenly everyone is a fan* thing is just, weird.
