Little Lever Under 8's

Post by youngmc » Fri Jul 28, 2006 7:59 am

Ok People listen up. My wife and i are now the joint managment team of the Little Lever under 8's. We practice at mytham Rd Little lever on Tuesday's at 6.30pm for an hour and will be playing on a Saturday morning at 10.30am ( 20 minutes each way) So there should be no interference with watching the mighty whites. What we are after is Players first and foremost Under 8 by 31st of August and over 6 on the same date. We also need a strip and i have four weeks to sort this out, so if anyone would like to help out with a raffle prize are do a football card at work/pub for us that would be grand.
Anyone interested please send me a pm. Cheers Youngmc...

Can I play for 'em? I'll well win all the headers and I promise not to do any 'blasters'.

I think Robin Williams has already taken up the role. He said so in the kiddies treehouse.

That would be fantastic, i will have to check if we have to have the same strip as the club, but we could do with an away strip as well. How much do you want for it commie?

Nowt YoungMc, I'll make sure I can put it through on my budget this week and I'll do it as team sponsor. It's worth a picture in the BEN with the logo on the shirts, should only be a couple of hundred quid with the printing. I'll let you know by the end of the week but it shouldn't be an issue, I'll just put it on my business visa card.

That's true in terms of team size, CAPS. However, I've done some coaching with a similar age group and what now seems to happen is that the kit becomes the personal property of the kid rather than it going back into the team kitbag and isn't easily given up. The more kit that you can provide YoungMC with, Commie, the better.

As i suspected we are required to have the club colours, and they have a supplier of the Kit. I can get prices for you Commie if you are still interested. The kids would be over the moon if they had a new kit, instead of the hand me down kit they may have to use...

Youngmc -All sorted, funding not an issue.

Let me know what's what, assume harrisons in the village are the suppliers normally? That or I'll get one sorted through JJB or Matchwinner in town.
