As the Liverpool Light Infantry moved into the location the Royal Armoured Corps thought it would be prudent to chain the tanks together overnight.

I don't give a flying **** whether you worked for Dyno-Rod or not. It's a battle tank, not a ******* septic tank.

Posting pictures is a doddle(ish), particularly if you're only linking to it from t'internet. To do this right click on the image in your browser and select Copy Image Location. Then paste the link into the message body of your post (Ctl-V, obviously). Then select the pasted link and click the Img button above the message body - that will add the necessary HTML code around the link to indicate that it's an image to be displayed.

If you're unsure whether you've done this right, click the Preview button before the Submit - this will show you whether you've made a mess of it or not.

If it's a picture you have on your PC you need to host it. I usually use http://imageshack.us/. Click the Browse button to select your image then click the Host It! button. This displays a series of HTML code fragments you need to hotlink to the image. From either of the Hotlink to Forum fragments, make a copy of the hotlink name - e.g. http://img218.imageshack.us/img218/3828/eyetestag1.jpg - then paste it in here in and click the Img button as above. (If the image is a bit on the large side you can get imageshack to resize it before hosting.)

I use a lot of images/pictures and just use one method for everything. Right click on any picture you want to post on the site and click "save as". Save as a JPG under My pictures (you can always delete it later). The go to the link LGM gave

http://imageshack.us/

(Right click this and create a short cut on your desktop for easy future access). Click "Browse" and your pictures will come up. Just click the one you want and follow LGM's directions on copy and pasting the code onto your message. Always use "Preview" as he says to see what you'll get before posting. Easy once you've done it a couple of times.

Well, i got further than normal. Can't claim to have understood what I was doing & it clearly needs resizing. I'll try again later.

Meanwhile, anyone who wishes to post their own, be my guest.
