No big deal, but i was quite proud with that.

I E-mailed that Defoe should not be in the England team as he cant even get in the spurs team and that Bent or Johnson should play as they are doing the buissness for their clubs and deserve a chance.

Again no big deal, but first time i have ever had anthing like that happen.

I get messages read out all the time on the legends phone in, (century 105 6pm - 8pm week nights) never spoke to them though.

I'm not too sure where I stand on the Defoe situation, but I sure as hell know where I stand with Jermaine Jenas in the England squad.

He's still yet to impress me, let alone warrant a place in the England squad.

I got on the air in a soccer phone in over here once. It was our 1st season up around 95. I asked if we would avoid relegation. The poor hosts were caught in 2 minds, laughing about our chances to stay up, and sheer dibelief that there was a Bolton supporter out there.
