Think things might just have got a bit more interesting for Labour as Michael Foster is about to launch a legal challenge to the Labour NEC for ruling Corbyn can stand without 51 MP's support. Who? Many might adk (as I did).

Michael Foster is a Jewish Labour donor (£400k was his last tab) and he's mighty worried that in the complex world of Israel/Palestine, there are a few too many looney lefties (including I guess Corbyn) supporting one side more than t'other.

TBH I'm really surprised Boris wasn't given Jeremy Hunt's job. After all, it must be quite useful as Health Secretary to just be able to pull extra funding from your arse that nobody else knew even existed. Missed a trick there Theresa.

It's still all good. He'll just replace all those fields the farmers keep fallow and all their subsidies with the burgeoning export markets he'll generate as Foreign Sec. We can start with the US. He's stopped short of telling Obama they should kiss Churchill's ass, but he did mention he wouldn't want to be seen in the same town as Trump. Win/win.

We've been in the EU long enough to see what it was doing and where it was going, the new phase in our relations with it has hardly started yet and those that backed remain have no clue, like those who backed leave, as to what the out come is going to be yet, hardly grounds for the constant sniping and whingeing.

So all the people in key positions to do the "leave the EU" bit and get to land of milk and honey are all Brexiteers - she can argue that Home Office on Immigration would have to align to whatever the EU trade deal is (Rudd was "remain) and Chancellor will have to adjust based on what "Brexiteers" land on...

If it's successful she claims victory coz it was successful, if it wasn't so successful she can replace Brexiteers on the basis that they couldn't deliver on their promises (although not sure if that'd help her particularly - but might give the opportunity to "change tack")...
