Oh dear.
Regardless of the design, that logo kind of ruins it already

I've seen worse, though that sponsor logo looks like it was produced using one of those early banner logo generators on the Interweb.

Gif-gifted mrpiccollo probably knocked it up for them - maybe that's why it took so long.Abdoulaye's Twin wrote:I've seen worse, though that sponsor logo looks like it was produced using one of those early banner logo generators on the Interweb.

Do they sell kit WITHOUT the sponsor's logo on?

If you can fit into kiddy sizes then yes.Aanvalluh wrote:Do they sell kit WITHOUT the sponsor's logo on?
Re: New kit?
There's no way I'd walk round with a gambler's logo on - not even if I were paid. Wonder how many feel the same - and the subsequent loss of sales?Abdoulaye's Twin wrote:If you can fit into kiddy sizes then yes.Aanvalluh wrote:Do they sell kit WITHOUT the sponsor's logo on?

Neither would I, but many will. Just look at all the Barcodes walking around with Wonga on their man boobs.Aanvalluh wrote:There's no way I'd walk round with a gambler's logo on - not even if I were paid. I don't think gambling sites really offend that many right-minded people. It's part of footballing culture.
Not like QuickQuid or whatever.
Don't forget, we had 188Bet for a few years

Agreed. I personally don't see why anyone would care?boltonboris wrote:I don't think gambling sites really offend that many right-minded people. It's part of footballing culture.

Re: New kit?
I'm not offended, just don't wish to be associated with them. Another reason not to buy a shirt for me. If other people do then that's their business and I don't particularly care.

That sponsor ruins an otherwise good kit. Think I'll save my £45

Re: New kit?
Indeed. it says a lot that there are so many of these betting firms earning enough profit to sponsor so many football teams/leagues/other stuff. It's not for me, but each to their own etc etc...officer_dibble wrote:We play in the skybet football league.

Re: New kit?
Nine of next season’s 20 Premier League teams are sponsored by gambling firms (Bournemouth, Burnley, Palace, Stoke, Sunderland, Swansea, Watford, West Brom, West Ham)
Up to you whether you chuck in the “financial institutions” that sponsor Liverpool and Spurs and will happily gamble your savings for you
Boro are sponsored by a pawnbrokers
