Is it supposed to be excluded or included?Dave Sutton's barnet wrote:A survey wrote:8. If the introduction of an additional division excluded Premier League 'B teams' and Premier League U23 Teams, would you support the idea?
No
My red line in the sand is first teams playing against reserves! I either want to watch reserves or I want to watch a first team. I don't even like the kids playing a non-league first team in pre-season.
The players you fail to sign never lose you any money.

Good spot. I am against including EPL second strings, so my answer should be Yes not No. I'll amend to reflect that, for what it's worth.Armchair Wanderer wrote:Is it supposed to be excluded or included?Dave Sutton's barnet wrote:A survey wrote:8. The cynic within me thinks that might be a fuzzily-phrased question. But then, they don't have to ask that question at all: if they really wanted to bring it in through the back door they don't have to ask permission.

Re: Clubs fight back at crazy Football League proposals
I tweeted a message of disapproval to Lee Anderson yesterday with EFL in copy (get me, being aggressive!) - He retweeted it (so probably classes as an endorsement) and sent me a message saying that it was upto the fans how the club votes for the proposals.
I believe this is one of the things Ken A will be discussing at the BWFCST AGM.
If it is the case that they'll take votes from the supporters trust members, then I'll join in a heartbeat

For those who don't know that Lee Anderson is on twitter, he posts under his rather modest tag "superagent73"
He's actually pretty good value and even though he looks like you'd stick to him if you touched him, he's a friendly enough bloke who seems to care about the club and supporters

The plan to allow Premier League B teams to play in the lower leagues has now been scrapped.

I knew it.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Re: Clubs fight back at crazy Football League proposals
The EFL Football league that was will be restructured eventually to accommodate a PL2 which has been talked about for years. The PL will say how much do you want to make it happen and the EFL clubs will go thank you very much and football as we have known it for over a hundred years will be ruined (more than it is now).
