I didn't - that was BWFCi - he said the May's Tories would "rape and pillage" the country... then said he'd pick May with his magic PM-picking powers... merely repeating back to him his own language...

keep up.

It remains a poor usage and you continued it. I'd expect you to be above that.

You should have the balls to say "fair call, that wasn't right".

Y'know. Kinder politics.

I don't enjoy being called at rapist because I don't vote your way, that's the point. Nothing faux about it.

Many people here call you a pick & I generally defend you. Well I've been wrong. You are.

nice 8) (though "pick" is a new insult on me...)

seriously, though...

nobobody in their right mind would interpret the above exchange between me and BWFCi as "Bish accuses Bobo of being a rapist" - that's simply ridiculous.

your response can only be one of two things:

1) that annoying attention-seeking "I'm offended" approach to life where people look for personal offense in stuff that is nothing to do with them at all - and then cry about it to garner sympathy. I don't think that's you - especially as you told us quite clearly, recently, what contempt you have for such people.

or

2) faux-outrage calculated to score points in some way that is not really anything to do with anything being talked about. I can believe this of you - so that's my conclusion. It's the only conclusion that makes sense as, I repeat, there isn't a reasonable or sane way to interpret what I have written in such a way that I am accusing you of being a rapist.

ahh yes - indeed you did! When I see the word "pillage" - I always think of the vikings and the phrase "rape and pillage" - sorry for misrepresenting you! 8)

Well, that makes a difference! Lets hope no one calls Bobo "pillagey".

If you're bored/ fancy a laugh, a browse across the internet on "Corbyn Momentum poetry book" is well-worth it.

Does this refer to the vice chair of momentum? A silly confrontational woman, condemned by the audience in the released video, with at least one trade union asking that she be fired? A Jewish lady too. It doesn'tsuggest that theres a problem within the party as a whole to me :conf:

The close friend of the Dear Leader, defended to the hilt by Owen Jones (also a close friend of the Dear Leader and of her partner) when this first came out? Her?

But of course it's a fringe group. And an isolated incident. And she can't be racist, by definition.

I see the Tories are blaming everything on the foreigners again. Presumably they'll need special badges for their coats next

Glad we're finally going to kick out all those foreign doctors so the jobs can go to all those hard working british people who they've stolen them from.

It's making me seriously think about whether to come back or not. We're waiting on offers being finalised, but we're going to have to make a decision on whether to stay in Dubai, move to Hong Kong or back to London. In many ways I fancy heading back to London, but not if we're having a government that wants to stigmatise foreigners.
